Palm Sunday
March 29 — 8:00 AM (Chapel) and 10:00 AM (Main Sanctuary)
We celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. The 10 AM service begins in the Undercroft.
Holy Monday
March 30 — 7:00 PM (Main Sanctuary)
A simple service of Scripture and Holy Communion. There will be no sermon.
Holy Tuesday
March 31 — 7:00 PM (Main Sanctuary)
A simple service of Scripture and Holy Communion. There will be no sermon.
Tenebrae
April 1 — 8:00 PM (Main Sanctuary)
A candlelit service of chant and lament.
Maundy Thursday
April 2 — 7:00 PM (Main Sanctuary)
A service of Holy Eucharist with choral music, hymns, footwashing, and the stripping of the Altar.
The Way of the Cross
April 3 — 11:00 AM (Main Sanctuary)
A spoken prayer service following Jesus’s path to the cross.
Good Friday Liturgy
April 3 — 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM (Main Sanctuary)
A spoken service with some chanting, commemorating Christ’s death on the cross. Prayers are offered for the whole world. This service includes the veneration of the cross.
Holy Saturday
April 4 — 9:00 AM (Chapel)
A simple, spoken service expressing our sadness and grief at the death of Christ.
Easter Vigil
April 4 — 8:00 PM (Main Sanctuary)
A beautiful service of hope, joy, and light, this service begins in darkness with the New Fire of Easter and contains baptisms, chanting, and incense, as well as the First Eucharist of Easter.
Easter Day
April 5 — 8:00 AM (Chapel), 10:00 AM (Main Sanctuary), 12:00 PM (Main Sanctuary)
A Festal Eucharist with brass, Easter flowers, and congregational singing. The 12 PM service will be a family-friendly celebration with the Easter Egg Hunt immediately following.
